Peace, Love & Noblesse
Krewe de la Noblesse held its
26th Mardi Gras Ball on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at the Lake Charles
Civic Center. In keeping with this year’s theme, “Peace, Love and Noblesse”,
the Coliseum was transformed to the 1960s era with decorations ranging from
a VW bus and van to Go Go Dancers.
The script for the presentation written by Krewe Member, Anthony Fazzio and the Director was Krewe Member, John Richards.
Master of Ceremonies for the evening was Mr. Dale Mann.
The presentation began with the posting of colors by the Third Battalion 156th Unit of the Louisiana National Guard and the singing of the National Anthem.
The Board for 2010-2011 was then introduced

Captain Leo Reddoch, III, as Sergant Pepper
Leo and his wife Heather are residents of Lake Charles and the owners of Reddoch Land Surveying, Gulf Coast Unishippers, Western Shipping Group of New Mexico, and Ship It All of Beaumont, Texas. They are the parents of three sons – Jason, Grant, and Alec. Leo is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and enjoys sailing, hunting, fishing and golf.

Mr. William Keith Powell,the King of Peace
The King is a graduate of McNeese State University and is Purchasing Director at Dr. Walter Olin Moss Regional Medical Center. The King and his wife Sharon Lowery Powell reside in Moss Bluff and are the parents of William Keith Powell, II and grandparents of Clara Grace and William Clayton Powell. King Gabriel is Past President a member of the SWLA Football Association; Past President and Member of the SWLA Baseball Umpire Association; State Board Member for Dixie Boys/Majors of LA; Past President and Board Member of Moss Bluff Dixie Youth and Boys/Majors; Recreation Baseball Umpire for many recognized baseball organizations. He is a member of Moss Bluff Lodge #462 F & AM, Moss Bluff Chapter #242 Order of Eastern Star, Lake Charles Chapter of Royal Arch Masons, Scottish Rite Valley of Lake Charles, and Habibi Shrine.
Queen Ashley Noblesse XXVI
Ms. Kristine Rains Like, the Queen of Love.
The Queen, a native of Nebraska, is the daughter of Les and Janice Dawson and the late Larry Rains and resides in Westlake with her children, Alexander and Claire Like. Queen Ashley is graduate of Nebraska Methodist School of Nursing and is Director of Quality Management at Dr. Walter Olin Moss Regional Medical Center. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Westlake and has participated in several medical mission trips to Honduras. The Queen is member of the Louisiana Association of Health Care Quality, Lake Charles Philanthropic Education Organization, Louisiana PEO, Westlake Ram Band Boosters, The Buccaneers of Lake Charles, Petrochem, Krewe of Athena, Krewe des Pirates. Her hobbies include, attending her children’s band and sporting events, Nebraska football, playing the piano and handbells, traveling, reading and sewing.

Duke Lattie attended LSU-Shreveport and is employed by Oilquip, Inc. He is a member of the Buccaneers of Lake Charles, and the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Reserve. Duchess Martha is a graduate of Delta School of Business, Corpus Christi, Texas, and is employed as a realtor/notary for Century 21 Mike D. Bono & Co. She is member of Women’s Commission of Lake Charles, President Elect of the SWLA Board of Realtors 2011, and the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. The Duke and Duchess have one son, Tommy Reasonover, and three grandchildren. The royal couple are members of the Harley Owners Group, Retreads, Blazin Bikes for Autism; and attend Immaculate Conception Church.

Duke Dennis is a graduate of McNeese State University and is employed as a Computer Consultant. He is the father of two – J. David Stutes of Killeen, Texas and Jessica Stutes High of Lake Charles and a member of the Lake Charles Linux Users Group. Duchess Maria, a graduate of McNeese State University with a degree in Nursing, is employed as Utilization Review Manager at Dr. Walter Olin Moss Regional Medical Center. She is mother of two – Monique Parker of Lake Charles and Adam Ardoin of Atlanta, Georgia. They are proud grandparents of ten. The Duke and Duchess are members of the Buccaneers of Lake Charles, Krewe des Pirates and the Good Time Brewers of SWLA. They enjoy boating on the Calcasieu River, live music, dancing, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Miss Macy Wallace Mier is the granddaughter of Krewe Members, Tom and Dorothy Conner, and the daughter of Chris and Trisha Mier of Lake Charles. Macy is a 2010 graduate of Alfred E. Barbe High School and is currently employed as an Administrative Assistant for Atlantic Scaffolding. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and babysitting her nephews. Macy was escorted by her father, Chris Mier.
Olivia Kay Westerman is the niece of Krewe Members John and Carla Simon and daughter of Jason and Christie Myers. Olivia is a 2009 graduate of Nederland High School where she was cheerleader, a member of Student Council and the Mu Alpha Theta Math Club. She is currently attending Sam Houston State University where she is a member of the All-Girl Cheer Team and a member of the Student Government and the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Upon graduation she plans to attend law school at South Texas Law School. Olivia was escorted by her uncle, John Simon.
